I've found my furever family!

Hi there folks, I’m Abigail!

I’m a happy, non-shedding gal who will be glad to join you for a run, walk, scoot, or nap! While it sometimes takes me a minute to warm up to new people or new places, it turns out I’m as warm as can be…be it with adults or kids! Honestly, I adore just spending time with you. I’m also house trained (wow!) - I’ll even let you know if I need to go out (wow wow!). I’ll also let you know if someone is approaching, or if a dog is outside my space, or if I want something….well okay, I’m working on the barking thing :) My foster family says, though I do still have some puppy traits, I’m pretty darn smart and would be a great student in basics training. Hey, I learned my name within a couple of hours of meeting them! They also say I’m a really good listener and mesh well with the energy of the household. Hey, what does “lovely” and “temperament” mean? They say that about me, too. My ideal home includes an experienced dog owner who is patient and willing to do basic training with me. I can be a nervous gal when my people leave the house; I recently started crate training - can you please continue helping me with this? It would be great if my person is home a lot and can be my very best companion. When my people aren't around, I tend to get nervous and chew on non-doggy approved stuff. I have made progress with this recently, so long as you have treat brain games, chew toys, and other things to keep me occupied. You see, I am a very, very clever girl and I need a job to do! I am a lovely pup who will make an incredible canine family member - are you my person?!
