I love to smile all the time, and love getting pets! People don’t understand how happy I am given I was tied up tight outside before I came to the shelter. But boy can I just tell you have happy I am to be inside?! I get along so well with my canine foster brother! He’s older and doesn’t always want to play with me but that’s okay, I back off when he tells me to, give him space and can play with my toys by myself. I even get along with the kitty once I learned that she doesn’t like to be chased but I still need to be redirected once in a while when I’m trying to play with her.
I’ve learned so much so quickly and I’m eager to please! I walk well on a leash. I’m crate trained but I also like naps on the couch and cuddling with my foster mom! I just still have some puppy habits and need plenty of toys to keep me from playing with other things so I need a close eye until I learn and mature! I’m getting the hang of potty training and now that I’m on a routine schedule - no accidents!
They told me I have heartworms but my vet said they’re totally treatable and all I have to do is take medicine for a while and I’ll be cured! What a relief! Will you be my forever home? Because if so, I have a lot of love to give!
