Little miss Hallie is as ready for adoption as she’s ever going to be. She is ridiculously cute and sweet (once she gets comfortable enough to come out of her shell.) When she first came into rescue she was completely feral, but she has come a very long way in her foster home.
She will need a person or people with a lot of love, understanding, and patience.
She is great with male dogs. We haven’t seen her with cats. I think kids might be too overwhelming for her.
When she’s scared, she will freeze up and/or try to hide. She needs a very special person who will allow her to adjust at her own pace. She does well in a crate and is happy to be left alone.
She will be very happy to see you if you give her cheese or grilled chicken. You’ll be her best friend in no time if you have those things.
She’s around 2 years old and weighs about 30lbs.
