Hunky big dude alert! Hi friends, I’m Jacob. You might notice I’m a bit fluffy, but don’t let my considerable size fool you - my foster family says I’m the gentlest giant ever. all I really want to do is to lay around outside in the shade or on a soft bed by your feet while receiving ear scratches and belly rubs. But I promise I’m not lazy — when foster mom picks up my leash, I throw caution to the wind and leap up to go for a nice leisurely walk. Walks are great because the kids in the neighborhood all want to play with me, and they know just the right spot for ear rubs. I also get to meet for other neighborhood dogs, and now I have regular playdates! Cats … well, let’s just say I’m not a fan.
Despite my exceptional good looks, I’m just a regular kind of guy, so I don’t really knew what my “pedigree” is, but the vet’s best guess is I’m a middle aged hunk with some lab and Great Pyraness in me. I’m up to date on all my vaccinations and I’m heartworm negative. All I want is a human by my side, and a fenced yard (or deck ) with a shady spot to watch the squirrels. Oh, and some treats would be nice. Even the low calorie ones. 🤣
