Maria is a very small, slender and elegant brown tiger. I think she has an "ancient Egyptian cat" look to her. She has black eyeliner and wonderful black tufts on her ears which makes her look very exotic. Even though it appears she had a rough start in life, she is sweet and affectionate with gentle attention given to her and we love her. She loves to be pet and scratched softly around the ears and head and she's one of those girls that shows her tummy but doesn't really want a tummy rub. She talks and "hums" when we are talking to her and answers all our questions. She has been the perfect mother to her litter of kittens but all six of her babies have found forever homes. Now that she's spayed, it's time for Maria to find a loving home of her own.
