Please request a surgery appointment by emailing info@harcnc.org. Attach a copy of this voucher and your pet's vet records. List your availability, keeping in mind that appointments are often booked 2-3 weeks in advance.
Please bring this voucher and any updated vaccine records from your veterinarian to your pet's appointment.
Because you have adopted your pet from Beautiful Together Animal Sanctuary, you may also request additional veterinary services to be performed at this scheduled appointment, such as vaccination boosters, additional exams, or various tests. To request information about services available, please ask Harmony when scheduling your appointment. These services will be at your own expense but also at our discounted rescue rate.
