Owen is a handsome 1-year-old hound mix with standout ears and a friendly, outgoing personality. He loves people, gets along well with other dogs, and enjoys trips to the dog park. Owen is house- and crate-trained, happily settling in his crate for naps or when his foster is away. He’s an energetic, playful dog who enjoys walks, exploring the yard, and playing with toys or other dogs. After a few 30–45 minute exercise sessions, he’s content to relax on his dog bed. Owen knows basic commands and thrives on positive reinforcement, especially when working for treats. He’d do best in a patient home that can continue his training, especially around object guarding. Owen would love a space where he can get exercise, attention, and the opportunity to stretch his legs and use his hound voice!
We evaluate each animal’s health, behavior, and comfort level first. Once they are medically cleared, emotionally stable, and showing signs of confidence and readiness, we list them for adoption and begin their search for the perfect home.
Yes. All animals available for adoption receive full veterinary care, including vaccinations, microchipping, and spay/neuter procedures. They are medically checked before joining a new family.
Yes — and they are just as loving and deserving of a forever home. We clearly note any physical or emotional needs in their profiles and provide guidance on how to best support them.
Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast
