I'm ready for my new family!

Ducky

Meet Ducky! He’s an absolute love bug, eager to make his humans happy, and is genuinely just the happiest boy you’ll ever meet. If you don’t mind having your personal space invaded with puppy love constantly, then Ducky is for you. There’s no such thing as too close when it comes to this Velcro-dog. He’s got a degree in cuddles and a knack for melting the hearts of anyone who meets him.

Ducky’s curious, playful, and fearless. His favorite activities include playing with his toys, playing in the yard, going for walks, and meeting new people!

He enjoys walks on a leash, learns at an impressive pace, and is crate trained. Ducky would do best as the only pet in a home, but he could do well with another dog who lets him be the boss.

While Ducky knows a variety of commands and is eager-to-please, he is so excited and can be distracted – so he needs a family who can advocate for him and love him for all his silliness.

Ducky was found as a stray in January 2024 – and is believed to have been abandoned as a puppy. He has been with his foster family for more than a year and he has grown to be such an amazing boy! His foster family has worked hard to train him in a way that advocates for him and ensures a smooth transition for when he meets his forever family.

Ducky would thrive with a family who is able to provide him with consistent structure and enrichment.

Ducky would be suitable for a family with older children.

If you’d like to meet Ducky, we can promise he’d be thrilled to meet you too!
