Hi, I’m Ross. I’m a great dog. I’m also a little quirky— you can blame the person who bashed me in the head as a small puppy for most of my quirks and fears. It wasn’t too long ago as I’m only a year old. But I’ve been learning that people can be pretty great.
I’m housetrained and LOVE walks! I do well alone for periods of time when my humans need to leave. I can entertain myself with a toy for hours!
Because I do have some PTSD, I get very nervous when people (especially males) make sudden movements. I CAN warm up to people though; and once I do, I’m very playful, goofy, and snuggly.
I have been in rescue since I got out of the shelter in February. I am ready to find a person with a calm household who understands my quirkiness and will continue to work with me.
