Cuteness alert! Four-month-old Fossey is sixteen pounds of love and energy. She’s a pure-bred treeing walker coonhound whose pregnant mom was rescued from a breeder. Fossey is one of our all-time favorite pups: she loves all dogs and people, is great at reading the room and taking correction, plays hard and sleeps hard, and keeps us laughing whenever she’s awake. Our two rescue girls, who are very picky when it comes to puppies, adore her. We are working on house training, and she is telling us when she needs to go, so we are almost there! She hasn’t been fully crate trained yet, but we are slowly introducing her to one. She eats like a champ (we are working on fattening her up), sleeps like a champ (in bed with the rest of the family), and generally is just a delight. Fossey would love an active human, and ideally a canine sibling (or two).
