Hallie is ridiculously cute and sweet (once she gets comfortable enough to come out of her shell.) When she first came into rescue she was completely feral, but she has come a very long way in her foster home over the last 2 years.
She will need a person or people with a lot of love, understanding, and patience.
She is great with other dogs and absolutely loves her best fur friend, Willow! We haven’t seen her with cats. We think kids might be too overwhelming for her.
When she’s scared, she will freeze up like a possum and/or try to hide. She needs a very special person who will allow her to adjust at her own pace. She does well in a crate and is happy to be left alone. A fenced yard would be safest for her.
She will be very happy to see you if you give her treats. Once you win her heart, it will be yours for life!!
She’s around 3 years old and weighs about 45lbs (though she needs to lose some weight! her ideal weight is around 30-35)
