Miss Penny is going to be someone’s true companion. At about 5 years old, this girl is full of love and just wants to be laying next to you when you’re around. She is very independent and likes to initiate play on her own, but also appreciates a long walk and sitting outside on the porch.
Because of her past, Penny has some slight anxiety at first, but comes right out of her shell when shown lots of love and attention! She is fully potty trained, great with other dogs and cats, and good with all ages of kids. While she is a girl with medium-level energy, you can always catch this cutie lounging on the ground (or couch, if she will be allowed!). She loves to go for walks, play fetch, eat her dental bones, and lay and watch as her human cook dinner!
Penny in trained and knows commands such as sit, down, stay, outside, and walk. Penny would do best with almost any kind of family but would thrive in a more low-key, quiet environment.
Her foster mom says that "anyone would be lucky to have Ms. Penny in their lives!" Will it be with you?
