Chip is a handsome silvery tabby with amazing swirly markings! He comes to our rescue from a rural shelter that trapped him in a county dump as they worked to spay and neuter a colony which is why Chip has an ear clipped. But the nice people doing that hard work discovered that Chip was friendly and deserved a chance at a real home instead of being re-released out at the dump. Lucky Chip! So after some decompression time, he turned out to be a VERY friendly boy that LOVES to be pet and scratched around the ears. He can be a little shy at first but he warms up very quickly. It has not been determined if he is a lap cat or not but he definitely possesses that capability according to his foster mom. We recommend that Chip be adopted into a home with friend whether that is an existing friendly cat or another adopted kitten. Chip would integrate well with another cat/kitten and would love to spend his days playing.
