Penny is like your favorite, well-rounded friend you always like having around. She is friendly to new people and is always happy to see you with little head nudges and belly flops. Speaking of bellies, hers is super soft AND she'll let you rub it. When you look at her, she gazes back with a "I'm here! Did you say something?" look. Penny likes to play with you like any young cat but also plays by herself. She is patient and tolerant of her foster brother's antics and is polite in giving the other resident cats their space. Penny has the tiniest little voice with just an "eh". We all need a friend like Penny.
