Hi, my name is Cooper. I am extremely cute. I am equally full of puppy + border collie energy. I am also extremely untrained. But I’m extremely smart.

I could be a disaster case because I need a job to do and without training, I’m an overstimulated puppy mess who can’t control myself from jumping around and being mouthy. This is not my fault as nobody has ever tried to teach me what to do. I desperately need exercise and mental stimulation.

My amazing foster mom is taking a big chance on me because she understands that I was not provided the things I need for the last 10 months of my 10-month-old life.

With some training he could be a brilliantly amazing dog. For now, he’s a goofy mess.
