Frannie is just the best little girl! She absolutely loves everyone she meets and loves to follow her foster mom all around the house and be close to her. She is a petite little lady at only 30 lbs. She is always eager to please and has the ability to learn new things easily! Being outside is her favorite and sharing a walk with her person is just the best experience! Because of Frannie's past she has fear-based leash reactivity with other dogs, so she would do best either on leash walks where no other dogs are around or playing in a fenced-in yard with a dog buddy or two! A porch or window view also captures her enthusiasm. She is crate trained and loves to crash there or a fluffy bed for a nap after exercise.
