Julia is an adorable female Havanese pup who was rescued from a hoarding situation but was then brought to a shelter in Western Carolina that had to be emergency cleared due to the devastating hurricane - and THEN came to us! So this little girl has gone through a lot in her short life. She is a very chill pup who also loves to play ball and go on walks.
