Meet Millie, a sweet and spunky pup who’s ready to steal your heart! She’s a pro at doing her business outside (with the occasional puppy “oopsie,” but she’s very apologetic about it). She’s also crate trained—she loves feeling cozy and is happy to sleep in her crate. Speaking of cozy, Millie loves being with her humans (including kids!). She might be a bit shy at first, but give her some time and she’ll be snuggling up to you and hogging the blanket before you know it! She considers herself an independent gal—no "Velcro dog" here. But, she’ll probably still follow you to the bathroom, just to make sure you’re okay.
If Millie were another animal, she’d be a social butterfly. She loves other dogs and is always up for a playdate. As far as cats and other critters, she’s yet to give her opinion, but given her curious nature, we think she’d be pretty open-minded about them, too. On walks, Millie is almost perfect and doing well with leash training! She’s well-mannered and very trainable, and already knows “sit.” Her foster family is still working with her on other commands, and a tasty incentive never hurts!
She’s expected to be around 35 lbs max—the perfect size for loafing around on the couch or going on outdoor adventures with you. Come meet Millie and see for yourself why she’s the perfect pup for your family!
