Willa is an all around amazing dog. Very smart and a quick learner. Our senior dog and 2 cats are teaching her all the rules of the house and how to be respectful. She definitely follows their lead. She’s now 11 weeks and about 15 pounds. She’s great on a leash and loves to hike with or without other dogs. She enjoys live music (especially jazz) and is easy to take to restaurants. She has puppy energy but will happily hang out with a chew toy while we dine. She enjoys the beach, but isn’t sure about the ocean yet. And she finds chickens fascinating. We don’t have young children but she never seems tense when we run into them in public. She doesn’t have accidents in the house, but we still keep a close eye on her. And she sleeps in her crate all night, but the door is open into the laundry room. So I would say she is crate ready. She sleeps with her little stuffed snuggle puppy and doesn’t want to leave it behind when I greet her in the mornings. She is a fantastic car rider and usually falls asleep within minutes. Her favorite activity is definitely wrestling with other dogs, followed by running through tall grass (especially if it’s wet.) She loves her squeaky toys and her mini tennis ball too. She is a very neat girl and likes to carry her own poop bag to the trash can!!
