Olive is a beautiful, lovely girl - so smart, sweet and cuddly. Loves to play with toys, her littermates, and the two big dogs in her foster home. She delights in outdoor time - chasing balls, chewing sticks, running after blowing leaves. At only 6-8 weeks old, Olive and her two sisters were abandoned beside a busy road, but they were survivors, found shelter from the cold inside a hollow tree, and cried out until they were rescued by their fosters. Hence we call these cuties “The Treehouse Gang” and each is named for a tree!
Olive is crate-trained, already sleeps through most nights, and is well on her way to being potty trained - although, like all young pups, she still requires lots of trips outside! This girl relishes treat-time and is learning to sit and come, although it’s difficult to get her to focus with her sisters clamoring for attention! No doubt she will flourish with one-on-one yummy reward-based teaching. As part of a litter, Olive has been learning important social skills to give her a strong foundation, and she is now ready for a home with lots of love, time, and patience to help her continue to grow into the incredible dog that we know she will be. Also, Olive responds to her name, but is so smart, she will quickly learn to be called by another should her new family make a change.
