I've found my furever family!

Hi! My Name Is Rocki

We're happy to tell you that Rocki has a new furever home.
Please visit our Available Dogs Page to see the pups currently available.

Rocki is a smart, happy, and affectionate girl who is easy to please. She has weighed 41 pounds for a while now and has likely reached her full size. A social butterfly, she loves everyone she meets-dogs and humans! Rocki finds joy in just about everything: car rides, leash walks, exploring with her nose, chasing squirrels, rolling in the grass, sunbathing, and snuggling with her humans. She also enjoys chewing on a good bone, stick, or even pinecone (she’s not picky)! On walks she will proudly pick up a stick and carry it around in her mouth. And she ADORES water! Dips in the doggie pool and chasing sprinklers are her jam.

Rocki desires the company of others so much that a confident doggie sibling is a must-have. Likewise, she prefers to be close to her humans and would thrive best with someone who works from home or isn’t away for long periods. Also on her wish list: a fenced yard and/or an active family who will take her on fun adventures. This gal has lots of energy but settles down beautifully after exercise and play sessions with her foster fur brother. Rocki loves kids and would do best with ages 8-10+. She is not exposed to cats in her foster home but showed polite curiosity at a recent adoption event.

Rocki is potty trained, crate trained, and sleeps through the night in her crate without a peep. She has mastered “sit,” “paw” and “down,” and will show you these skills for a treat! She is an expert car passenger and would make a fantastic travel companion. She is still learning manners but her leash pulling, jumping up, and other shenanigans are dwindling as she transitions through adolescence. Rocki is super intelligent, wants to please her humans, and is quickly learning to be a confident dog after not being exposed to much as a younger pup. She will flourish with someone who will treat her like family, lavish her with attention, and give her positive experiences to boost her confidence. How can you resist those eyebrows???
