Sweet Winnie had a rough start to life, spending her first months of life living exclusively in a crate. She has come very far since being rescued, and is learning how great life can be with people who love her. She loves people but needs a patient family who will go slow with her at first and make her feel safe. Once she knows you, she is your best friend! She has improved a lot in such a short time and has gained confidence in her foster home. She is a very vocal girl and loves to chat a lot. She absolutely loves being active, so she hopes her new family has a fenced yard where she can run around, maybe they will even take her for hikes and walks during the day too! While she does well with bigger, male dogs outside the home, she would probably do best in a home as your one and only!
Winnie LOVES all kids, she just wants to play, play, play and give lots of kisses. She is a very treat motivated puppy and would thrive with some training as well as someone to work with her on socialization in different settings.
Winnie loves to go for walks. She is also a great snuggler!
