Unfazed. Unfussed. That's the way to describe Bright.
She was social and confident as soon as she arrived at her foster home with her day-old babies. After a day, she wanted to explore further in the house and meet the resident cats and dog. She showed no fear or aggression, instead seeming excited to have other animals around.
She is social - will run out to greet me every time I open the door to her room - but doesn't like to be held (not yet anyway). She stands on her hind legs and reaches up to my thigh to get her pets.
She's really incredible. Even when she was sick with mastitis, she showed no annoyance with her nursing babies or me having to tend the wound and give her oral antibiotics. She takes everything in stride with a good attitude.
Bright is busy tending to her five babies right now but will make an incredible addition to any home after July 1.
