We had a wonderful time at Sunshine Lavender Farm’s Annual June Bloom Lavender Festival this past weekend getting to participate with our cat and dog adoption event! June Bloom was a great opportunity to get out into the country, reconnect with family and friends, enjoy the fresh country air, this charming farm – and just breathe. And it was an especially good opportunity to share many of our adoptable kittens and puppies with the community!
These cat and dog adoption events are important to us because they allow potential adopters to interact with the animals they’re interested in, while giving us the chance to see how they interact. At Beautiful Together, our focus is on connecting our rescue animals with the perfect adopters for them – ones whose home situation, family, resident pets and personalities all match. We are always thrilled when these adoption events end in a new lifelong connection!
This is also a great chance for us to share with the community our ever-growing need for a larger foster network so that we can continue to pull more animals from the shelter, as well as discuss our vision for the in-progress Sanctuary. We look forward to more cat and dog adoption events throughout the NC Triangle Area this year!
